This series of monthly workshops are carefully designed to take you from feeling trapped and traumatized to your natural state of joy, true freedom and fulfilment.


Each workshop consists of:

– Gentle, mindful movement
– Accessing and releasing the source of your pain and restrictions
– Conscious breathing and deep relaxation
– Life creation exercises that actually work!



What happens in these workshops?


Depending on what the group needs, typically we begin with light conscious pilates movement that creates deep inner awareness and de-stresses the body and mind, giving way to natural relaxation and connection.


This gentle form of movement releases any trapped emotional energy that is inhibiting your free movement and instantly gives rise to a brighter and lighter you whilst the deep breathing session gently leads you to a true inner mind/body connection where your natural healing continues.


Throughout the workshop you’ll be lead through a series of simple yet powerful meditations that connect you to the essence of your Soul, where eternal peace is always present, and your natural next step in your life is revealed.

Q. What is the dress code?

A. Lightweight layered clothing suitable for pilates/yoga and weather appropriate if you choose to go outside.



Q. What equipment do I need to bring?

A. Nothing! We supply any mats and equipment, but you can bring an extra blanket for comfort should you choose.



Q. I’ve got back/neck/shoulder <whatever> pain, can I still partake?

A. All movement on the day is tailored to you and the group. If you’re experiencing any restricted movement, let us know on the booking form and we can make sure you stay within your comfort zone.
