Gratitude exercise

Gratitude is the antidote to fear, lack and scarcity that many people function from.

Did you know that Gratitude is your most natural state? The reason we forget this is because we have been so entrained to think instead of BE, and we think that the thoughts we think are real and true.

Here is a little exercise for you – just sit for 1 minute and count the thoughts that pass through your mind. I’m not thinking – is a thought so you count it.

How many did you count?

The number is not important, what is important here is that you just experienced you are not your thoughts but you are that which can observe your thoughts.
