Welcome, I’m so happy to have you here.

I have formulated a system of empowering workshops to get you breathing right to balance out your nervous system, calming your mind with easy to learn mind calm meditation and crafting a heart aligned vision for your future.

These three workshops deliver you the basics for true health of mind, body and spirit.

As result of 20th century living, many people are stressed out, anxious and lacking a true sense of peace and wellbeing in their mind and body.

They tend to have a habit of breathing too fast and too shallow and continually pushing their nervous system out of whack.

During this 3 hour workshop you will learn how breathing can assist you in achieving improved health and bringing about greater balance in the body.

We will cover:

  • The history of breath and why it is fundamentally important to a healthy life.
  • The science and physiology of breathing.
  • How to train your body to create a positive habit of abdominal breathing.
  • The 3 different categories of breath to use throughout the day to keep you in tip top condition.
  • 6 breathing techniques that work to optimise your health.
  • A breath test to measure the current state of your nervous system (optional).

You will be given home-play with 3 breathe along videos to use throughout the day to transform your health.

Mind Calm Meditation Workshop – £55

It is well documented that meditation is beneficial for reducing stress, improving emotional health and assists in bringing you back to the present moment.

When we are present in the moment we can access our awareness to the truth of what is and also create greater possibilities for our future.

Most anxiety is caused by the mind being either stuck in judgement of painful past memories or continually worried and fretting about the future. Very rarely are we peacefully present in the moment happening now. This leads us to making up all sorts of stories in our mind and projecting our stories onto all and sundry.

Imagine if you could go about your day feeling calm and peaceful inside, no matter what is going on around you.

You would make better choices and create far less stress for yourself and others. You would radiate happiness and positivity. Your health would improve and you would love your life more.
